Meet & Eat with Year 3
We had a wonderful lunchtime on Wednesday this week, when we took some of our youngest pupils over to church for the monthly 'Meet & Eat' event for more senior members of the St Peter's community. The children were an absolute credit to both themselves and the school, talking so beautifully and politely to those on their tables and showing them the work they have done this term.
It is a source of real pride that we can take part in these events and sit back to watch how the children interact with other generations, and we know how much those they meet value this time too. Thank you Year 3s - and also to the Year 5s who spent time laying out all the tables beforehand!
