VE Day Memories
A joy to join elderly members from our Church community for a shared lunch and to hear about their VE Day experiences. One lady shared her special memory as a 13 year old child, joining the VE Day celebrations at Trafalgar Square. Our school choir performed ‘somewhere over the rainbow’ - bringing us together in a poignant time of reflection.
