    Christmas bags, made with love by our children for local, elderly residents in a time of isolation. Inspired by their Christmas units in RE, Year 3 illustrated the bags, Year 4 made the cards, Year 5 created lanterns and Year 6 decorated uplifting verses. Gift of Giving. Schools In Communities.   • Elf Grotto

    Thank you to our Parent Association, Friends of St Peter’s (FOSP), for leading our ‘12 Days of Christmas’ events, helping to raise funds for our school, while also bringing Christmas Joy to all. Over the past two days, our children have especially enjoyed their Elf Grotto and Games experience, filling school with festive fun!

  • Christmas Lanterns

    Beautiful lanterns made by Year 5 as part of their RE learning: ‘why is light an important sign at Christmas?’. These lanterns will form part of a Christmas bag, which will be handed to local, elderly residents alone this Christmas. A wonderful start to our ‘Schools in Communities’ project.

  • School Dog

    We are delighted to announce the arrival of Humphrey, a miniature labradoodle puppy, who will be joining our school family in January! Humphrey will be owned by Mrs Mynott and join us in school each day. He will help to welcome visitors from the office and listen to children read. There will be lots of walking too!
  • Christingle Service

    Thank you to St. Peter's Church for leading a special Christingle Service for each class today - bringing joy and celebration to all. Each child made their own Christingle Candle to take home and enjoy - enabling them to shine a light on the true meaning of Christmas.  Families can join an online Christingle Service with the Church of England on Sunday.
