  • Reflection Garden

    We are proud to present our new garden, created by Year 3 as part of their project: What makes a community flourish? Designed as a space for reflection, including hand painted pebbles by every child, it is truly beautiful.

  • African Market

    This afternoon, Year 4 led an amazing African market, raising approximately £120. Their market included handmade African crafts – a meaningful celebration at the end of their project: What jobs have the biggest impact in our local and global community? All of their funds will go towards community project work in The Gambia, West Africa.

  • Sports Day Activities

    Our Sports Day activities were a real success - a great example of our Values of Collaboration and Celebration in action. Our rotation of activities included long jump, javelin, sprint runs, relay and hurdles! It was a close competition between our house teams as you will see in the results below!

    Humphrey, described as a dream come true, was overjoyed to receive this beautiful letter today. “I am sad to be leaving such an amazing puppy like you, but happy because you will make so many other children smile. Thank you for all the special times you have shared with me”. 

  • The Piano

    We are so proud of the beautiful, thought provoking outcomes produced by Year 6 in response to the film ‘The Piano’ by Aidan Gibbons. A moving writing stimulus for children learning about war and conflict. We are delighted with the letters our children wrote in role to their loved ones, beautifully collated in a class book.

  • Year 6 Prayer Space

    Year 6 enjoyed a special prayer space at St. Peter’s Church, reflecting on their happy memories and thinking about their journey ahead. A lovely example of our Value of Celebration and our vision of ‘Life in all its Fullness’, thinking about our happy memories and new adventures ahead.

  • Year 3 Garden Project

    As part of their authentic learning, Year 3 are working hard to design and transform a patch of land within our school grounds as part of their project: What makes a community flourish? As part of this project, the children welcomed a local councillor to share their plans and work so far.
