“Thank you all very much for taking the time to visit us”
“Everything was and is much appreciated”
Our library is like a treasure trove for reading and we love how inviting our reading displays are! Designed and created by our student librarians, in collaboration with our school librarian. Great work team!
‘The Lost Words’ brought to life by Year 6! We are delighted to share these stunning work outcomes, created by our Year 6 children. Each description beautifully crafted to evoke emotion, in response to the spellbinding book, ‘The Lost Words’. We are so proud of you!
This term, we are introducing the children to
the Sustainable Development Goals through
our weekly assemblies and student leadership opportunities. We have been heartened by the children’s thoughtful responses, particularly through their participation in lunchtime prayer space and their creative ideas about ways they can make an active difference.
This year, we are striving to demonstrate ‘curriculum depth and effectiveness in every subject, for every child’. We are proud to present the following display work; a living example of our ‘Life in all Fullness’ curriculum.
A group of children recently enjoyed the opportunity to lead the Assistant Director of Education for the Guildford Diocese on a tour of our school. The following email was sent in response.
“I was very impressed with how the children talked about your school’s vision and values and how important they are to everyone at St Peter’s Junior School. It was lovely to see all the super artwork and displays around the school and I particularly enjoyed the children showing me their books”.
Proud to present this stunning artwork, created by our Year children as part of their Mayan based project.
