As part of our curriculum vision, we strive to inspire and celebrate beautiful learning, stemmed by the principles of work that is ambitious, authentic, and beautifully crafted. Year 5 have created some stunning work based on the Amazon, as part of their river based project: How does water bring fullness of life?
Year 4 have been making chocolate truffles for a fundraising event they are hosting, in connection with their West Africa based project. They have been learning about the economic activity of cocoa, while exploring their project question: What jobs have the biggest impact in our local and global community? As part of this, they have created some impressive information texts and homework projects.
Today marks Thank You Day! In collective worship this week, the children have been creating messages of thanks. You can find them displayed on our school fence.
